Sometimes planning applications are refused by Local Planning Authorities. In these cases, an applicant may wish to appeal the decision. Appeals are dealt with by the Planning Inspectorate, a Government Agency who provide an unbiased decision on the application. As part of the process, it is often necessary to provide additional professional supporting evidence on behalf of either the Appellant or Objectors.
